The Maintenance Department of the Chelsea Housing Authority maintains seven developments throughout the City of Chelsea. Our staff works diligently to maintain and clean our properties on a daily basis.

The Chelsea Housing Authority maintains an IPM Program (Integrated Pest Management), to schedule a visit from our pest control contractor or to report pest sightings in common areas please call our maintenance number at 617-884-5775.
